    All CME sessions will be in-person at Rocky Vista University - Utah Campus and live streamed over Zoom. Please indicate below your attendance preference. 

    Post-Conference Preceptor Training

    Saturday, November 14: 11:45am - 2:15pm

    We'll be offering an optional preceptor course at no cost to prepare physicians to teach and mentor medical students in real-world clinical settings. Learn how to smoothly integrate students into your workflow, gauge where each learner is, deliver meaningful feedback, and build a culture of continuous growth. Lunch will be provided.

    Golf Registration

    Tee times are available Thursday, Nov. 12, Saturday, Nov. 14, and Sunday, Nov. 15 — $325 per golfer, first come, first served.

    Want to play with a specific group? Register everyone together (up to four golfers per attendee) to secure your spots as we can't guarantee availability if you register separately.

    Conference Cancellation Policy:

    Registration cancellation requests for the Conference that are made on or before September 30, 2026 at 11:59pm MST will be honored for the full amount paid. A cancellation fee of 50% of the registration paid will be assessed for cancellations occurring between October 1, 2025 at 12:01am MST and October 24, 2026. Cancellations on or after October 25, 2026 and conference no-shows are not eligible for a refund. This policy covers registration and ticketed events. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund. The Utah Academy of Family Physicians is not responsible for fees or charges associated with payments, including but not limited to credit card, debit card or checking fees.
