Conference Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellation requests that are made on or before January 10, 2027 at 11:59pm MST will be honored for the full amount paid. A cancellation fee of 50% of the registration paid will be assessed for cancellations occurring between January 11, 2027 at 12:01am MST and January 31, 2027. Cancellations on or after February 1, 2027 and conference no-shows are not eligible for a refund. This policy covers registration and ticketed events. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund. The Utah Academy of Family Physicians is not responsible for fees or charges associated with payments, including but not limited to credit card, debit card, or checking fees. Please read: The Utah Academy of Family Physicians (UAFP) is not responsible for problems beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, inclement weather, fires, flood, or other emergency conditions. UAFP reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If UAFP cancels this event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Registration fees cannot be refunded in the event that weather conditions prevent or hinder attendance. Registrants are responsible for managing their own travel and lodging arrangements and should review the cancellation policies of their hotel and travel providers separately, as those are not covered by this policy. The Utah Academy of Family Physicians will make every effort to accommodate attendance by registrants in spite of any extenuating circumstances. However, in registering for this event, registrants acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with this venue.
