The Utah Academy of Family Physicians invites you to join us as a sponsor or exhibitor at our 11th Annual CME & Ski on February 21-24, 2027 at the Westgate Resort in Park City, UT.

Our CME & Ski provides family physicians and advanced practice clinicians from Utah and across the country the opportunity to receive top-quality continuing education in a world class mountain setting; Park City, Utah!

Who/how many attend CME & Ski? This has become a destination CME conference. Between 100-140 people attend: about 30-40% from Utah, and the rest are from all over the U.S. and even Canada! If you are looking for a Utah specific audience, we also host a conference in the fall in Southern Utah which is smaller, but nearly all are from Utah. Payment options: You can pay by credit card or check.

Convenience fee: A convenience fee of approximately 4.5% is assessed for those paying by credit card. You can avoid this fee if paying by check.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at checkout for credit card and payment in full is due by January 29, 2027. For those paying by check, a 50% deposit is due with in 30 days of registration. The balance is due by January 29, 2027

Lodging: We have a room block available for conference attendees and vendors at the Westgate. Rooms start at $428.99 per night (price includes all fees, excludes taxes). Link to reserve rooms provided with registration confirmation.

Direct-to-consumer retail sales are not permitted at the CME & Ski. Conference. Sponsors and exhibitors may display, demonstrate, and provide information about their products and services, but may not conduct on-site point-of-sale transactions for non-clinical consumer products (e.g., skincare, supplements, wellness devices). UAFP reserves the right to remove any sponsor found in violation, without refund.

Industry Attendance Policy

CME & Ski is designed for family physicians and advanced practice clinicians. Representatives of industry and other commercial organizations may attend as registered sponsors or exhibitors only. Each sponsor or exhibitor package includes meals and breaks for two representatives. Additional representatives from a registered sponsor or exhibitor may attend for $500 each.

Industry representatives may observe educational sessions at UAFP’s discretion but may not ask questions, participate in discussion, or conduct promotional activity in session rooms. All product discussions take place in the exhibit area.

By registering, I acknowledge that direct-to-consumer retail sales are not permitted at the CME & Ski. Sponsors and exhibitors may display, demonstrate, and provide information about their products and services, but may not conduct on-site point-of-sale transactions for non-clinical consumer products (e.g., skincare, supplements, wellness devices). UAFP reserves the right to remove any sponsor found in violation, without refund.

Terms

Payment Information:

Exhibitors can pay in full or pay an initial deposit of 50%. Final payment is due no later than January 29, 2027.

Cancellation:

Payment is fully refundable if exhibitor cancels by December 31, 2026 minus a $25 processing fee. Payment is 50% refundable if exhibitor cancels by January 29, 2027. No refunds will be issued after January 29, 2027.

If event is canceled due to including but not limited to strikes; labor disputes; acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities; civil disorder; disasters; acts of war; acts of God; fires; flood or other emergency conditions; any delay in urgent and essential repairs of the Hotel; or any other extraordinary occurrence outside the control of the Utah Academy of Family Physicians making it impracticable, illegal or impossible to provide or use the Hotel facilities or creating a significant risk to participant health or safety; non-performance is excused without further liability of any nature and any deposit (if any) shall be returned to the sponsor/exhibitor. Deposit(s) shall be returned ninety (90) days upon date of cancelation due to force majeure. Sponsors/exhibitors will be notified within seven business days of event cancellation.

By checking below I am indicating my organization/program’s agreement to abide by the UAFP’s rules and regulations for CME & Ski exhibitors as the same may be amended from time to time. I accept responsibility for informing all of our representatives of these conditions and for ensuring that they will abide by them also. I further understand the violation, cancellation policies and have reviewed the complete list of rules and regulations.
